FAQ
Can I start with branding and come back for additional designs later?
Yes! Once your brand is locked in, you can come back anytime for more - website, merch, social media templates, you name it.
Can you redo an existing logo/brand?
Yes. I can build a brand identity from scratch or step in to update and expand your current assets. Starting from the ground up is ideal for creating a seamless brand system, but let's chat about what you have and figure out what makes the most sense for you!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! To make investment manageable, payments are split into two equal installments: a 50% deposit to secure your spot in my calendar, and the remaining 50% upon final project approval before hand-off. Need a custom plan for a larger project? Just let me know and we can discuss.
Do I need to be involved in the process?
Yes, but only where it counts! Your input is key during the initial strategy phase - helping me understand your vision, goals, and audience. Once we align on the direction, you can sit back and let me do the heavy lifting. I’ll check in at key milestones for feedback, so you’re always in the loop without feeling overwhelmed.
How soon can you start, and how long will it take?
For branding,I’m usually booked 2 weeks in advance, so reaching out early is always best! Timelines vary depending on what we're building, but once we chat about your scope, I’ll give you a clear project schedule before we start.
Do you use AI?
Nope - all of my designs are 100% human-made. I believe the best work comes from human creativity, so I never use AI to generate logos, artwork, or brand elements. Where I do leverage it is purely for contextual mockups! If we need to visualize your brand on an unusual piece of merch or a specific packaging style, I'll sometimes generate a custom scene to show you how it looks in action.
